Things to Note & Important Dates
Please take note of the following:
- An email will be sent to the author’s email address to acknowledge the successful submission.
- Authors will be notified for poster submission via email if the abstract has been accepted.
- Authors with entries shortlisted for poster submission will be notified in mid-May 2024 via email.
- Selected poster entries are required to be presented at the Congress’ Poster Judging Oral Presentation Session on 17 September 2024.
- Awards for winning posters in each category will be based on the Poster Judges’ decision.
- Late or inappropriately formatted submissions will not be accepted.

- Announcement of Results: 17 September 2024 (ERMCS Day 1)
